The cloth is split along both hinges; however, the boards remain attached. The top three inches of the spine cloth including a portion of the title label has been reattached; however, the split is still visible. Minor rubbing and soiling to binding. Clean interior overall with occasional spots of foxing, soiling, and smudge marks. Several pages have large areas of penned lines and dots over the text; however, text remains legible.
