Mobile, AL: The Friends of the Spring Hill College Library, 1993. Hardcover. Signed and inscribed by the editor, dated 1995. Spring Hill College is a private, Jesuit, liberal arts school in Alabama. It was one of the first colleges to desegregate in the South. Later inscription to bottom of title page indicating that the book was once donated to the Archives of the Society of St. Joseph. Bound in deep purple leatherette boards with gilt title to spine and front board. A notecard with an illustration of the school has been taped on the front free endpaper. A seven page pamphlet including a brief history and a map of the college has been taped on the rear free endpaper. 154 pages. EDU/071520. Very Good / Very Good.
