This series of poultry lithographs, popularly known as Cassell's Book of Poultry, are illustrated by Joseph Williamson Ludlow, and is regarded as the most desirable of the English poultry books. Contains beautiful chromolithograph examples of the purebred fowl praising the owner, by implication, and listing, where appropriate, the cup or ribbon won.
