The topics range from an historical overview of housing to housing care and cleanliness, to the keeping of household accounts and managing expenditures. With illustrations, graphs, and tables throughout. Boundin yellow cloth with title in black to front cover and spine. Binding is bumped and somewhat soiled but still very good.
