Very good in the original brown cloth boards with gilt title to spine. Heavy chipping to book cloth on spine ends. Wear to edges and corners of boards and scratching / scuffing to spine. Minor soiling to boards. First signature is a little loose. Frontispiece engraving with tissue guard has a few spots of foxing. Light dampstain to top edge of last few pages.
