Paper a bit brittle, there are three small chips to front wrapper edge (does not obscure any lettering). Small open tear and 3 small light spots of soiling to rear wrapper. Staples rusted. A memoranda read by Harris, at a meeting of the Hope Fire Company of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to celebrate the American centennial. Simpson was a native of Harrisburg and a Revolutionary War soldier.
