Remnants of old tape to margins of title page. Includes fold-out color map and errata slip. A relevant newspaper article has been tipped-in near the front. Aside from ownership markings and 3 corrections which reflect the errata notes made in red ink, the interior is very clean. A few small splits to the binding. 151 pages. ENG/011713. Very Good.
