This comprehensive manual uses a paragraph of text about the history of the university press to display hundreds of type faces in varying point sizes. Each example prints the text followed by the alphabet and numbers in capitals and italics. The specimens are divided into Linotype and Monotype sections. They are followed by sections of display, foreign language, initials and borders, accents and special characters, and seals. Contents are in a red cloth binder in nice condition. The interior pages show signs of usage and some aging it is in very good condition - legible and clean. Each section is paginated separately. BOB/040320. Very Good.
