Read at a meeting of the Sette held at Limmer's Hotel on Friday, January 14th, 1898 and presented to the Sette by John Todhunter, playwright. The Sette of Odd Volumes was a British bibliophile club. In original pale blue wraps, which are somewhat soiled and wrinkled. Interior pages are clean, with some unopened. Includes a list of members. With book label of Henry William Poor, which has offset on the facing page. Poor (1844-1915) was an American banker, stockholder, and well-known book collector. The company that he and his father founded eventually became Standard & Poor's. 35 pages plus member list. LIT/042012. Very Good in Wraps.
