This atlas was printed to accompany Marshall's five volume set detailing the life of George Washington and the founding of the U.S.A. Binding has been rebacked with modern brown cloth. In original grey paper covered boards with brown cloth corners. Yellow paper title label to front board. Spotting and staining to boards and wear to edges. Dampstain to edge of front board, front free endpaper, title page, and verso of first map. Offsetting to all maps and occasional spots of foxing, else clean. All maps are tipped in on stubs.
