Accordingly, this book of directions, which was originally a small pamphlet, is now a volume of nearly 300 pages. The book is divided into sections on dispensing and bottling, although with much overlap. There are numerous formulas for all flavors of syrups, instructions on how to perform every step, and how to use the various pieces of equipment required. There are illustrations throughout and price lists for each component of the equipment used. In original brown cloth boards with gilt title and black author name to front board.The binding is bumped, rubbed. chipped and water stained on back cover.
