Minor bumping to spine ends and lightly rubbed; corners lightly worn; spine rolled. Decorative green floral print endpapers, front pastedown bears previous owner's antiquated ink name and drawing. Interior is quite clean with only moderate browning/light foxing throughout. Pages are tightly bound, hinges strong. Illustrated frontispiece + numerous black and white illustrations throughout. A decent copy of this quite scarce, classic title from the Temperance Movement. 320 pages. American History. AME/01024. Very Good.
